@mirchi_bajji @psycopk bros see here some of them are getting medicals rfe even yiur final action date is not correct provided 140 (if downgrade)and finger print is done they are preadjudicating so that they will approve all of these once final action date reaches

In the the past even the interviews happened without FAD being current. Some cases get preadjudicated for some reason. Not sure what exactly the factors for that to happen. 

If everything is preadjudicated then once your FAD becomes current, you will get GC in few weeks.
