if you both have H1s valid till 2023, try to be on H1 (unless urgent travell plans no dropbox eligbility , no visa ppointments etc ) dont use ead/ap unless your 140 is approved

if your spouse uses ead what happens to your status mixed opinions unayi bro kontha mandi emi kaadu anaru, kontha mandi even you will be in non-immigrant status anaru better attorney tho one on one consulting petukoni adufuu
