PD:07/23/2012 - EB3 - INDIA - Downgrade - LIN - 2
RD:10/26/2020 - ND:12/30/2020 - 65Days
BM: - Completed - ASC:Saint Louis
I-140: - Approved - Premium
EAD: - Approved
AP: - Approved
I-485:08/05/2021 - 283Days - RFE
Current Process: Medical RFE - Replied to RFE - 08/05/2021 - July 16 2021: Updated online about RFE
Aug 3 2021: I was ready with medical RFE response (Nebraska sent RFE)
Aug 3 2021: Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction
Attorney suggested to wait for RFE letter and send response to new location, but Emma said I should send RFE response from where I received RFE so to Nebraska.(double confirmed by chatting with another agent)
Aug 5 2021: USPS delivered my package at 7:40AM as per tracking
Aug 5 2021: Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction( seen around 8:30AM)
One thing I missed that morning to check status between 7:40AM and 8:30AM not sure when my case got updated actually.
No update after Aug 5th and as per EMMA my case transferred only once to NBC.
So I am still not sure whether my medical RFE will be checked at Nebraska or will it be redirected to NBC. antha assam
Seen a chat on andhra friends tracker regarding my case so updating with details.
