My case also same
We got NOID for medicals with no online status update
We submitted last week still no update online
When I chat with Emma yday with 2 different ppl both said that they don’t c any update it might b bcz the FO officer might not have scanned that notice.
When I asked where my file is she said that it’s with NBC only. But the NOID is from NBC FO. But they r saying file is still not went to FO. I don’t connect the dots.. finally 2nd lady said they r having system issues for online updates, Please b patient. 😂
