Not automatic. Depends on POE officers. Happened to couple of my friends. But worked fine for same people in previous trips.

Yea i guess so. Country lo ki vachina status will be your status but it creates lot of confusion if you use AP & still work on H1. What is the benefit of doing it?

Gone are the days. EAD vachina next 10 years H1 meeda undatam useless in many levels. People earlier use to do these safe side things for no reason. I still cannot support the idea of maintaining H1.

useless idscussion different h1 extenesion reject avuthe back up is ead,at least peiple are maintianing from past 10 years

but in case the point is if AOS denies for some reason (which is rare peiple are aware) with h1 you can still work

the question is can you use ap for travel and maintain h1 without using ead 

using ead or not its individual choice
