Yaa there is big confusion around that bro looks he is counting in two that's why they are not moving eb2 ani vinikidi so no one knows exactly what they are doing I think unless 485 is approved with that mapping a number they are going to consider in both lanes

At least till Last quarter 75% of total approvals are FB . They apply along with medicals. Also majority of straight filings are done with medicals. So no need of RFE for majority of MSC filings.

Eb1 spill over eppudu apply sestharu ? First 3 quarters eb1 demand numbers soosi 4th quarter lo isthara ? Or that year eb1 spill over goes to next year like FB based spill over ?

As per Charlie, the downgrade is fully approved when USCIS ready to approve your case and request visa number under new category. Then DHS will remove their previous request under EB2 and allocate with EB3. But same Charlie created another confusion by saying he will get quarterly report of approved 140's and they re-adjust the requested Alien number under new EB category. I think even DHS doesn't know what is the final approach.

SRC/LIN anedi depends on your employer location. FO is not mandatory. @mettastar anna la SRC lo ne approve ayyipovochu
