You are correct bro mostly just premium denial wait for it 

@tacobell fan anna this is src multiple times cheyalsi vastundi most cases to accept 140 downgrade now a days

It is possible if they don’t find your original labor in service center. Before they accept they want to make sure everything is in place. I’ve seen some of my friends ki two weeks tarvatha denied premium and they re-applied.

Not for everyone though. My cousin 140 PP accepted/approved in 4 days at SRC.

my 1st pp request reached Aug 16th. 18th denial notice and we got it on 24th.

2nd pp reached sep 8th. Denied notice dAte 13, we got it on 20th.

src. 2nd attempt lo they said they requested the perm copy and reapply after atleast 30 days
