No no the letter clearly says it's a courtesy request to submit 693 with that letter whenever your case comes for adjudication it will avoid delays kind of message

But no pattern on who got people with no 140 also got 2013 pd Jin varaki vachayi(not all vachina valu) so far whomever I asked around 9 people one more interesting thing is people who interfiled raledu so can we assume medical reached God knows🤣
