Yes. Morning maa cousin tho talked. He is withdrawing his eb3 downgrade and filing new eb2 485 to NBC next month.

Tell him not to withdraw downgrade application. Maa vodu Murthy tho matladaadu. They strongly recommended not to withdraw until uscis is came back . 
basical ga withdraw ki separate application em undadu . It’s just a letter saying withdraw application. They might misplace it and later cancel the eb2 application

changed employer and did perm and I-140 with new employer

July 2021 - did concurrent filling (All thing such as I-140, biometrics, medicals) are done, went to great SRC(texas) center

No EAD or AP 

question is if we apply H1b extension based on I-485 , do we get 3 years extension ? 

 

When did you give biometrics? My PD is June 1 2012. Concurrently filed 08/30/21. Biometrics appt on 10/06/21. Let’s hope it stays current in November bulletin.
