His PD is Jan 2013 and he raised SR and it was rejected saying your PD is not current.

I have to try this option but I saw few trackit post... most of them say even though you submit proofs they are getting rejected ani. adele it all depends on aapicer and his mood.

What I am hearing is H4 EAD, doesn’t fall under financial impact category . Because primary H1 holder should take care of financial status of family

Dates Official avvakunda ala ela istharu ala. I still see few 2013 approvals every day. So it might be a mistake.
