My position is na udhar ka na idhar ka. PD is 06/01/2012 eb3 with current employer. Asked fragomen attorney what are the options if eb2 becomes current. She said we have to amend i140 with employer authorization. I think if eb2 moves faster then I’m thinking to amend i140. Waiting in eb3 doesn’t make any sense now.

Amend 140?? Or interfile 140 bro ?? And for interfiling does the eb2 final as to be current? And those cases will be processed in the same center ?? Just get clarity from them bro it would be helpful

What is the use of inter filing when the date is not current. She said i140 amendment not sure what she meant. I will get more details I will push for amendment when eb2 become current.

The day you interfile 6 month counter starts again ani vinikidi , as interfile is not form its just a letter so you don't know when USCIS attaches bro so is it better to have enough lead time as the date progresses 

Ideally it's all messed up there is no formula path chudali why 140 needs ammendment still don't understand is there any company acquisition or promotion etc? Kanuko

Ipdu andaru new 485 mida patharu or 140 interfile chestaru bro they will ask uscis to put eb2 140 instead of eb3 140 to your existing 485  it's not easy ani vinnanu as there will be no tracking but Chinese people are used to it is what I heard don't know details how it works we might learn as things progreds
