Since dates are retrogressed to Jan 2012, Now let's see how many approvals happen every day from november.  If they don't process applications based on PD, they will end up processing mostly 2012 jan-2015 Jan cases and preadjuciate them and send them to regression queue and end up not issuing enough GCs this year too.

Just watch them prioritize people who are not current and issue EADs etc.

That is what my guess is too. Waste time in Processing applications which are not current and again waste all the spill over this year too
