Dates retrogress has nothing to do with EAD AP approvals.  Once you apply for 485 you will get EAD AP some day in future regardless of if your dates is current or not.

Side ki investor ga undu in restaurant and evenings time spend cheyi at restaurant that you invest in anthe kani fulltime pothe, pichi leshi potadhi, unless you are  a chef.  Three years pani chesina restaurant la as a student, not that easy.

late 2014 PD, downgraded to EB3. So EAD vochinaka, adi use chesi jobs change aithe inka eb2 gone. ippudu edhi best option

1. use ead/ap and be in eb3 queue

2. be on h1b and have eb2 option forever

Consultancy vadu I485J file chesi,GC application lo unna salary k payroll run chesi,taxes correct file cheste no problem kadha EAD lo.Just thinking about worst case..What happens if FT job lost on EAD and have to join consultancy to maintain job continuity until we find another FT job.EAD lo documentation scrutiny H1B laga undakapovachu emo kadha?Planning to switch to EAD
