attorney emailed me a receipt he received this evening for I-485j, he just forwarded me and said no action needed from my side.

He is direct bro , when you apply direct you apply one 485j along with application

where as for downgrades we apply concuurent witth 140 so no 485j

Bro mine is 2015 feb priority date, any wild guess for becoming current?

I am planning to move out of CA to some other state while my I-140 application pending.

If there are chances of it becoming current in 1-2 years, I will tell them that my move is temporary and will move back to CA to file adjustment status once my date is current.

If it will take a long time to become current, I will ask them to file new PERM again at new location.

Please suggest.

yes bro, PERM approved, I can go for 1-140 premium, Attorney is saying it doesn't matter as I can move with i-140 pending. But when my date becomes current I need to be living and working in CA which means he said I can move temporarily. other option is they have to file new PERM at the new location. My worry is if they file new PERM and if it takes more than a year and if my date becomes current, I might miss it.

I suggest of 2500 is not bug thing go for premium bro just to make sure then move

Your attorney is correct this future employment yiu can always move and as it is with same employer 140  kuda revoke cheyadu

So you are good for now make the current 140 approved
