Did u observe anything change in ur body/mind?  I can only run but yoga no way. It requires lot of concentration.

Everytime i finish doing yoga, I get recharged! New energy starts flowing. It’s helps to stay positive, no matter what, outside interruptions, does not bother me anymore. I stay balanced!

Don’t know what happened Jan ninchi continuous 10k steps doing , yesterday I took nap in the eveningg  and woke up around 8:40PM, did 35mins yoga, then dinner and started walking...

made 10k steps, it took until 11:45PM though, was listening/sharing song’s and walking
