Not necessarily, dependent visa lo al work? She may choose not to work. Lot of factors vuntayi - in general . 
 

if she works, and her spouse is earning more, he has to pay difference , if she asks for it . The courts wants the living life style conditions to be same at the time of divorce.

If she is working , in US and if the divorce is mutual , then it depends on what you settle out of court..
