Purely my personal opinion. Illu konukoni oka place lo undali anukunte yeah FT might help nakaite vaddu babu illu danikosam i cant compromise i want freedom i found it only in contracting.

Compensation depends on lot of factors. Technology, place and so many. Inka 401k, health insurance, pto’s, sick leaves, bonus etc anni fte’s ki untayi.

Yeah but i felt all those arent worth it. i lost mental peace after taking FT. Long term Contracting cheste FT nachadu.
