IDey contracting ayite 2 weeks lo project chusukoni potha. Visa not an issue. I need to like what i do thats important for me. Chetha work crap work nenu cheyalenu as i am used to contracting for 10 yrs.  Naku em use lekunda nenu grow kani work enduku cheyali ? Mutual benefit undali ga ? Impostition laga i cant work on same thing. i felt so suffocated in FT. Contracting lo u r the KING ishtam lekapote u can walk out of the office. 

Vacations kuda nenu dictate chesi chepta contracting lo i will leave for 2 months ani inbetween projects or convincing client. FT lo manager ni adukkovali. Contracting lo loss of pay client usually dont care if its not release time.

ILa cheppukuntu pote enno unnayi.  I want to work in my own terms and that's possible only in contracting.

This is one thing I observed between contracting n fte . Fte think in terms of solving problems first n what technology to use comes after understanding and designing the solution. Contracting ppl I have met are only concerned about a particular technology or language. This is just my observation. Not demeaning anyone. I'm a hardware engineer so my observation might not hold true. Other thing I observed atleast when attending conferences is fte are always on top of latest technologies n they are the ones who contribute more to open source atleast in the best companies .
