Nenu attend ayanu bro only inner engineering online , not completion , those practices if yiu do regularly they will have impact on your physical health and mind,  but yiu need to continue nenu madya lo vodileisq

Yes sadguru looks commercial oka course chesaka I koti cheyamntaru art of living experience  don't involve too much in cult activities if they look commercial,  but practices will have impact

But every body should practice some or the other meditation yoga practices for sure in this digital world, competitive world , and our sandwich generation 

We need to give our mind body some time in a day, lekapothe kastam whichever you like ramanamahrshi, sahajmarg some thing you have to focus

I know a guy who keeps sadguru photo and lights a candle as well. daily simha asana ani chesevallu full sounds chesthu, followed by other things like breathing technique, chanting loudly so that you get the vibrations of that sound and eating healthy. helps for mindfullness.

If you are occupied with other things and cannot spend much time just follow any meditation, healthy eating, read a book before sleep and yoga/workout. you will do good. ATB
