I did inner engineering online, it is good & emphasizes on basic human faculties, how they should and shouldn't be used.

I didn't do the completion they are offering in person and online but it is bit expensive. I would like to do it in person later sometime.

it depends what you are looking for it surely helped me a lot. people  here throw opinions without knowing a thing about it . i was so much like one of them  earlier but i  gave it try and liked it. i would strongly recommend it if you are going with open mind ofcourse
