Ok..

  1. Buy Pepperidge or any available brand puff pastry sheets (not shells)
  2. As per Pepperidge, Each box has 2 sheets and each sheet is 3-fold. Each fold can get 3puffs.. so do math accordingly how many puffs u want to make.
  3. Boil eggs, cut it into vertical half and spray some pepper powder & salt
  4. If the sheets r frozen, put it outside for 10 to 15mins, till it comes close to room temperature, it should be little hard still.
  5. Cut the portions accordingly
  6. Use roller and roll little bit vertically
  7. Place the egg diagonally and stick the corners using milk or egg  paste (the one u use to make omlet)
  8. Preheat oven on 350 degrees
  9. repeat 7 for all puffs
  10. Brush some egg paste on the puffs
  11. Arrange all the oven pan
  12. After preheated, place them in the oven for 40mins (for 6puffs) (keep watching, so it won’t get burnt)
  13. Turn off and let it stay there for 5 to 7mins ( keep watching, so I won’t get burnt)
  14. Remove it out and enjoy …goes well with ketchup or without.

(For veg puffs or chicken puffs (chicken should be like sliced with spoon kind of fry) , replace it for egg and fold horizontally)
