Store ones some kind of smell vastayi. Evo preservatives vadutaru.  Intlo cheste chudu ah color and smell different.

Pitla is original ..it is  a Marathi word. Maharashtra dish Adi, so Telangana lo kuda original word use chestaru...because nizam region similarities.  Bombay chutney ani konthamandi anduke antaru I guess because it’s from Maharashtra , but that is an adopted name

Soft unte chelega shape enta sepu chustam till we take a first piece. I should do more we get better by practice but roti anagane i give up akali time lo enduku ley manchiga rakapote frustrate ayipota anukunta. But its chick and egg concept we get better only by doing it frequenlty.
