2 yrs is standard time.  Sometimes they hurt a lot like yesterday as i had both dental appointment (deep cleaning)  and orthodontist appointment back to back as pallu becomes very sensitive and achy. It is going as per plan. 4 months lo i will be off braces.  Assalu anukovatledu i am glad i did it.

Most of them suggest Retainers after removing braces.. 🤞🏼

Suggest kadu they are needed for an year and also life long.

1st year mandatory pettukovali taruvata life anta kuda week ki 2 nights ayina pettukovali so that alignment is not lost. Sarigga pettukokapote malla they lose alignment. Usually lower jaw will have a permanent string which is permenent retainer.
