No pain anta... Initial ga konchem discomfort and pain annaru then easy to take it out before meal... It has its own advantages it seems

Invisalign is not for everyone. Also treatment is not same for everyone. It all depends on xrays , jawline etc. Extractions unte asalu invisalign work kakapovachu as tie backs to they pull teeth to cover the spaces. I had 4 tooth removed and naku asalu work kadu. I have another friend who has braces when we talk what they are doing to him is completely different than what they are doing to me.

How to cook upma?

This is what I did for the upma in the photo. Very easy

olive oil lo cumin, mustard, hing, urad dal and chana dal konchem vesi oka 30 secs wait chesi curry leaves, green chilis vesi oka 30 secs wait chesi, spring onions and red onions vesi oka 3-4 mins cook chesi,

Ginger garlic paste konchem, 1 tomato and cook for 4-5 mins.. add some turmeric, chilli powder and salt..after 1 min, add 3 cups water for 1 cup rava (same cup) add salt if u need more. Let it simmer. After 4-5 mins, add cilantro and rava and mix well on low flame for 4-5 mins and its done.
