annayya.. understgand . Economy is a made up thing. China can spend how much ever it wants, to create capacity in strategic locations.

How much capacity is actually used in china, and how much of it is lying wasted is unknown. How much debt is there on the books is also unknown.

No country operates like this, since the USSR. 

India should have taken a leaf out of USSR's book (without the centralization), and not tied Indian economy to the west banking system. Then India could be looking like this too. 

ofcourse India needs to export like crazy (like china) to make it work. Not laze around. 

may be Indians were not sure if they could work hard, and took the easy way out to be US slave, than be its own master, even if a faulty master.
