As per news - SEC's first priority is vaccination to the staff participating the election process. Since vaccination schedule is not announced yet, after announcement SEC to co-ordinate the vaccination programme to avoid clashes with the election process. Ippatai varaku enni doses ready ayyayi, dates enti lanti info emi ledhu. And AP Govt's earlier argument was about second wave and higher chances in winter. SEC argues that both didn't happen. With lack of data about the vaccination programme, it would not be wise to postpone ani argument untadhi. If state Govt co-ordinates with the SEC and plan the vaccination and the elections without clashes, it would be good. Andhuke to reduce the burden on the staff all at once, schedule has 4 phases.

State govt will not co-ordinate. That's fix anthey. It's open secret that govt is using vaccination just an excuse to postpone elections. Everyone knows that nimmagadda is fixed on doing the elections beforw he retires.

Jan 16th nundi starting annaru. Complete schedule ledhu based on each state/region. Moreover, ee programme lo mostly central govt staff ki training isthunnattunnaru. SEC says they are taking the exsting data into the consideration. Unless Govt provides clear data, SC judgement may not favour Jagan.

Akkada Judgment SEC ki Favor or Jalga ki favor vachindha anae dhaanikantae... I'm more interested to see the hearing Both parties Do.. At the same time how far can Judicial firm interfere in invidual Bodies such as CEC, SEC once Elekions Circular is released

An Indian Administrative Service officer of the 1982 batch, Mr. Ramesh retired from service yesterday on attaining the age of superannuation.

He was holding the post of Special Chief Secretary to the Governor prior to his retirement.

Mr. Ramesh Kumar, who hails from Guntur district in coastal Andhra served in important positions, including the Executive Officer of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams, during his career.

He became the first SEC of AP after the state bifurcation in 2014.

CBN recommended C.R. Biswa as SEC. Appati Governor Narasimhan ignored CBN's recomendation and appointed Nimmagadda. He had good reputation. Nimmagadda worked for YSR in finance related department.
