switched to brown rice and quinoa . But unable to reduce quantity consistently .

and yes SI can't live without rice

One meal in a day zero carbs ki try chey ..I do eat  protein either chicken fish or eggs as protein in night plus one of the below spring mix from costco, Zucchini, English cucumber , broccoli , Avocado vatiloo i add onions olive oil ,salt karam ,lemon juice ,pepper powder ..Above night time tinta..

Afternoon brown rice with curry light ga ..I do intermittent fasting from night 9-2 (Basic  ga breakfast skip)..twice in a week will eat epsara dosa, idly and some breakfast i like..

weight loss aithe one meal a day works for me.

I used to go low carb earlier but every hour sugar craving untunde. inni days sweet tooth ekkuva anukunna

but the fact was I was not feeding my body enough sugar.

I love desserts even now.

But am losing weight without starving now.

Eat good amount of carbs, protein and healthy fats.

IF chesi, eat more protein and healthy fat. apudu carb craving raadu. brown rice kuda unpolished mexican brown rice teeskunte ekkuva quantity tinamu.  Fill up your plate with lots of veggies. atleast quarter plate mottam celery and carrot nimpeste vere food ekkuva tinabuddhi kada. If you eat meat, go for low fat meat.

Start with Simple choices bro.

1. Stop Sugar/Bellam if you are a coffee/tea drinker - Just use Stevia or Monk Fruit Sweetner.

2. Try to Drink Apple Cider Vinegar with garlic powder & lemon in the morning. 

3. Strat liking Eggs, Chicken, Cream, Broccoli, and make interesting dishes with them.

Finally "Eat only when you are Hungry"
