Its a Telugu Movie called Sarrainodu. (Meaning "The Right Guy").

Note: A typical Telugu guy's (around 90 Million of them) world is all about these movies. Nothing else. The movie actors are their Gods. Of course, these folks are highly educated, good Doctors, Engineers etc. But, when it comes to these Tollywood movies, they leave their brains at home. The crappier the movie, the greater the appreciation. There a few gem of a movies with true artistic values but they never get any appreciation. These "fans" spend all day and night just thinking and talking about these movie actors. I am not even exaggerating. So, never talk bad about these movies/actors AT ANY COST. You may even get killed. And it happened in the past.
