modi simply wins because he did lots of development activities in under developed areas and delivered benefits to poor people who need them. something that congress didnt do or did very little in the last 70 years

there could be other reasons too but main difference is this

So a RTI was filed in NCERT to disclose the source of the claim in NCERT books that Hindu temples destroyed by the Mughal armies were repaired by the Mughal grants once the war was over. NCERT reply: information not available!

I am kinda conflicted , ideally he should have been booked for grooming a minor case  but he will probably be charged under anti conversion laws
