You can’t time the market, these are 2019 lows, for example in a matter of minutes there is a 22% up from bottom for $SHOP. You either buy in dips in small quantities with anticipation that it might fall further, if it falls you buy more to avg down. I have been buying in small quantities like 50 shares at a time.

50% of it is shorts driving down the market selling anything they can but eventually they will have to cover their positions and then the stocks are bound to rebalance at some higher levels
