India lo whatsapp kooda chesthundi pretty much ivi anni. Whatsapp already has the established infrastructure to do it but decided against doing it in usa. 
And u know why wechat is successful in china? Because due to data encryption policy and china, lot of big players(non china companies) couldnt capture china market. 
us lo already 100 companies unnayi. Twitter trying to capture that market will be disaster

FYI: Merrill Edge doesn't let you trade options with svix unless you have 10M in assets and call them for every trade you make. Had a long conversation with Bank of America and found out this information. Using Tradestation and Charles Swab for these trades.
