@Konebhar6 Can we sell CLX? EXR results came but not satisfactory. will read the financials and take decision. Debt renewal date is the key.

There is a lot of short interest in CLX and recent upside from 114 is mostly short squeeze. Current price 132 is still below the 50, 100 day moving averages. Fundamentals that led to stock falling this much have not changed. So for me its a sell now.

EXR looks same.

Look into the stocks that move inverse to interest rates. Interest rates may have peaked or almost at the peak.

TTD 30% down, time to buy stocks?

It will be a good pick up for long term. There might be more downside in current market.

Made an google sheet to analyze good dividend paying Stocks/ETFs. Its a work in progress. But template is good.

I will add more dividend paying stocks. If you have any recommendations on Div/ETF stocks, let me know, I will add. Make any suggestions if you have.

You didn't add SCHD - the wisely known dividend etf.

The other one is BST.

Have you looked into YieldMax dividend etf's?

@Konebhar6 MAXi is very interesting dividend etf in your list.

Do you believe in Bitcoin or crypto?

My whole point of putting together that sheet is to find diamonds in the rough. MAXI is something that I found with this analysis.

very impressed with its performance. 10%Div plus 100% price appreciation.

I am on fence with crypto. But i would rather buy these ETFs than invest directly in it
