I don’t declare as NRI. I have regular bank acs only. And using Indian number. I am Indian in the system not NRI

If I have no time or knowledge to make money in stocks but have some money. Do you think it’s wise to go with investment manager from Fidelity or someone - so they take care ?

I did invest back in 2020 - but a money not growing not reducing. 80 plus Apple stocks unnay and rest all tuppas Twitter or Reddit influenced. 
long term ani bought - what was lost in tuppas stocks I got back from Apple Tesla.

Low Cost ETF ante? You mean ETFs that have come down a lot. Or an ETF whole unit price is low like $10-12 now?

Maintainance ki takkuva charge chestaru kada. Konni more than 1% atla charge chestaru. Last 5 yrs lo returns ekkuva vunna vatilo ee maintainance charge takkuva vunnavi teesukunte better ani.

Vanguard etf baney untadi. Also depends on how long u can wait if something goes wrong. If u can wait for 5+ years, invest in tqqq, aapl, google, msft in portions. Dont invest everything u want, do it in iterations.

Oh expense ratio you mean. Yeh it’s always good to buy ETFs or MFs with low expense ratio.
