Thats really good. So when ur applying to diff positions, try to somehow provide ur current mgrs feedback.

All comps concentrating on profits, so squeezing anything they can. Google looks most aggressive of all Sundar feeling pressure from Satya. It's like in school days anukunta 😁

Actually current stock price is curse to google. They cant let go sundar for another 2-4 yrs which is good enough to miss 100 boats

A lot of time it depends on the organization...There needs to be a promotion. Just because you are doing good or a top performer does not mean you are automatic for promotion. 

Try having a candid conversation with your boss. Ask what does it take to get a promotion. What are your chances.

Every organization is different. You know better about your organization. I was just saying in general. Good luck to you. I wish you best in getting your promotion. Keep applying outside as well when the market opens or gets better
