the other way is once you start leaving then they will start all kinds of dramas saying we can give you promo now if you stay, lol

experienced all the above personally man in different companies

all dramas bro, but moving to another org in company is good but same role ki vellaku, ask for a promotion right away for that new role or apply for a higher level role in another team and move

manager stop cheyaru mostly and you will get your promo

best thing is to leave if it is this hard to get promo and they are playing games, atleast you will get a better pay even if its lateral position outside or you can take your time and target higher level roles in market (this is usually tough though) unless you are moving from a higher tier to a slightly lower tier company

tesla is in tough spot bro. Imo probability of downside is more than upside. 

he is finding it hard to get new customers since most people already bought them.  Recent battery issues inko penta.

short term not much movement .. we can some movement once the fed starts to decrease the interest rates.. but EV market is going through tough times now
