It expires worthless if it is out of the money ( 100 strike price unte current price 100 below trade avutha unte at the expiry date then it's called out of the money)

In the money unte, meaning it passed above strike price, manam act avvakapothe usually brokers sell the call before market ends or excersise ( buy 100 stocks at the price of you have money in the account).

they give you 100 shares/contract and deduct $550 per contract.

They will exercise and give you shares if itmand have funds
