any recommendations for a long term hold stocks. 

i tend to buy stocks which perform good and don't sell off when going down (as i'm not active) and take a hit ...

so prefer something which is long term

I am glad I moved my 401k portfolio from big tech into Small and mid caps. Will get back when the time is right.
