I already posted this but this make more sense now ....

 

you can carry over your losses , so if you have more than 3000 losses this year and you make any profits next year , you can carry over this year losses to next year to offset your tax ..... plan accordingly ........

@sri_india kani, you can only claim losses if you have the stock for atleast 1 year kada, mana chesevi ani wash transaction kada.. how is it possible ya, am I missing something throw some halogen light here

why everything consider as wash sales .... wash sales applicable only if you buy same stock in 30 days after you sell it for loss so you can save tax ... you can claim capital loss on short term loss also

ok ... it looks like major tickers are approaching 200 moving average ..... AAPL crossed 200MA , TSLA approaching , ARK , ROKU , SHOP .... if they cross .... it will free fall anukuntaa inka ....
