US consumer prices in April increased 4.2% from a year earlier, more than the 3.6% economists had predicted. It was the biggest 12-month increase since September 2008, the height of the financial crisis.

Can someone help me to understand financial things. Above snippet is from internet.
Can you help me understand and connect all these dots

1.    Why inflation got increased?
2.    Why stimulus checks were given? --> is this caused inflation
3.    How does lowering interest rates helps economy. --> is this caused inflation
4.    If inflation goes up? interest rates should get increased? To keep economy up?
5.    In the current situation how to boost economy, not increasing interest rates ?
6.    Why stocks going down, because of inflation? If inflation is high why stocks go down?
7.    Why home prices going up but stocks going down?

Naaku telisindi cheptanu ... Experts can correct me ..

1 and 2 are interlinked..... People saved money for the tough times so there was no circulation during COVD time.. Adding to this was the the second point of free money being given to people so now people have too much to money to spend so obviously too much money floating around is not good .... Getting money with little to work (some % of people) is the problem...

3 and 4 .... Lower interest (Interest Free) was a good one during tough (COVID) times but with 1 and 2 too much floating money is counteracting the lower interest... Interest rates will and have to increase at some point of time....just to keep everything in control ...

5.... Not a financial genius so I do not know how to boost it without the increase in interest rates.. May be other experts you tagged might help/

6 and 7 ki again 1,23,4 combined will be the reason ....

Naaku telisindi cheppanu ... Correct ga oppositie cheppanu antaru emo kompateesi ... Expert please correct me ..

Mobile lo typing kastam but in short ... Not only stimulus but quantitaive easing by fed that pump trillions of dollars to market and zero interest rate ... Allow bank to expand their balance sheet and lend more money that  increase money in circulation and price also increase equal to the money circulation .... To control this fed take money from market by withdraw or sell bonds , that will increase interest rates and control the money in economy so people's buying power come down results to reducing demand and control the prices

1 , 2 -  Janalaki free ga dabbu panchi pettaru, pedtunnaru. avasaram unnodiki kakunda andariki icharu. Added to that, no rent and mortgage ante inka more money. along with that janalu a dabbu pattukelli stocks lo dunnukunnaru... More money...more people can afford everything ...hence prices increase to restore the value of commodity since $ value down.

3 - Interest rate low cheste, janalu loan teskon malli market lo petti, dabbu rotate avutadi anukunte..people gulped up that money and it didnt return to the market.

4 - for above reasons, and restore the monetary value affordability takkuvaite inflation taggutadi..ledante difference between rich and poor rises exponentially. rich becomes richer, poor gets poorer.

5 - stop free loading money and increase the interest rate.

6 - growth stocks nunchi value stocks ki move aindi money..not all stocks are down..only growth/blue chips are down.

7 - again 1-4 more money, less stock of homes..demand and supply issue... Lumber stocks are more than 50% up this year.
