Fill new ds 160 and update ds 160 in your profile. At visa interview and finger prints, give your new ds 160 and ask them to update

Go to Chennai, have your biometrics, eat at Saravana Bhavan...

Go to Kolkata, have your visa interview (don't go with your company ID badge hanging on your neck), enjoy sometime at Howrah Bridge, don't taste ganga water there, it is all corrupted....then come back to hyderabad...

I think consulates in Canada are not open. I am not following the news about consulates being open. But, June kalla anni ayitayemo.
