anta ivvaledu le. last  year company wide no bonus or increment....so naku specific ga 10K bonus ni increment kinda icharu...maybe to retain me. 

bonus aite motham okesari vasthundi...ila aite...one year padthundi same amount ravataniki. next yr same company lo unte...apdu kunchem helpful ante.
