Hypothetical question : 

If someone on h1b losses job and stays in the country beyond 60 days grace period, does that automatically qualify as “Out of Status” and attain illegal status , & hence get qualified to get GC on fast track based on the new administration executive orders ???

I am not encouraging that action, but i am just wondering what the outcomes are ?

illegal gaa vundatam not that easy. You don't even get DL. No identity.  And maintain all life style with cash. Doing odd jobs. always Living in fear of deportation.
