Do u have work satisfaction or just adjusting for pay check?

To do the work of your interest you have to take huge amount of risk. 

Many just adjust with "ee janma ki inte" "ee job aina undi chaalu" and settle for good

feeling like...need this job to survive...while working on my ambitions...

Finally I found a job where I can find work satisfaction. 

Working in IT for the last 7 years but appreciation naaku ee job lo dakkindi.

March lo Pay hike, profit sharing and Bonus untundannaru choodali.
