Please Beware of Scam Email Targeting Indian Immigrants !!

The email claims that a warrant has been issued for a background check because the individual failed to update their AR-11 (Alien’s Change of Address Card). The email is also asking individuals to register for a background check by calling a toll free number.

If you receive this email, please do NOT respond and do NOT call the toll free line. This email is NOT a legitimate email from the government. As you can see, the email is coming from [email protected]. Any official emails from the government will end in “.gov”.

Couple of friends lost money.....they called them and said you SSN is compromised and arrest warrant is issued to you

vallu mararu bro, All we can do is be aware not fall for these scams. ( Once people are not falling for these they will move on to a new sophisticated scam ) 

Call chesi _ money ela aduguthunnaru ? valla end game enti how are they asking for money transfer just curious ?

One thing I observed is they don’t give us time and let us not to hang up....I told them that I will go to SSN office and will check myself

I think as soon as someone starts asking for money or information. All we have to say is I will check and call back to the public available via google of which ever service/org they claim to be. 

IRS and USCIS will never call or email, they either send a mail via USPS or contact your employer for site or other information.
