Wow, how much on rough estimate you get this “extra income “ per month ?? And how Hr handled the issue, Like they provided any evidence that you are doing illicit things??

Mostly possible in contracting. FTE lo I am not sure. Mostly friends ni favor chestharu if they know each other maybe.

Thats different right. Favors untayi based on their friendships outside work. But paisal for promotion is bribery no ? Out right illegal. Consulting lo surely they happen.

Enduku akka, naa patha company -pharmaceutical based lo , gujju manager gadu used to earn commissions per hour on all contractors under him. He used to hire only from one vendor, it’s pretty much evident that he is getting commission because he intentionally hired me knowing I don’t know much, even after I slightly got caught in interview lip sync also , but he took me , anyway this was 2016-2017 story anuko, but I notice it is more prevalent in big organizations. Anyway he gave me chance to enter into tech space. Thanks to him. My billing was 75$ per hour from client, after all commissions I used to get 35$ per hr. That experience helped me to get FTE in mid 2017 and then no look back.

Ade kada nenu cheptondi. Consulting lo they get commissions and they get perks, gifts, international trips etc from vendors. But FTE employee ki promotion kosam manager paisal tesukoni promotion ivvadu. Vendors and consulting is different FTE lo easily they get caught. Evaru cheyaru ala with employees . At least i didnt see that so far or heard anywhere.

I only know desi greedy uncles do this commission based work, does tella manager uncles are also getting involved in this??

Consulting lo tella managers vendor ship ney marchna cases naku telusu. Dabbu papishtidi daniki race to sambandham ledu. Tellollu kuda masthu chestaru ilantivi. John Deere lo 110 ppl were laid off in 2014 and vendorship tellodiki vachindi just imagine enta lobbying chesuntaru. Ma present client lo kuda i heard the same story 6 months back. These are pretty common.

We make around 20-25 per contractor and at least 4/5 contractors unna team manager ki shift avvali and everything is cash. I brought 2 gas stations and my mortgage is paid by vendor kaka

Emundi oka team lo contractors ni piki tellodu company pettadu valla deggara nunchi all contractors in that team recruited. Konta mandi edi ardham ayyi tellodu company ki h1 transfer or layer veyinchukunnaru mitavallu poyaru.  Vellu kothaga recruit enduku chesukunnaru when they have good rappot ardham kaley last ki picture ardham ayyindi.  Its all about contacts and money in contracting.
