kickbacks money from Vendors etc common ey, but this is a crime. Anduke kontha mandhi thella managers never take money from vendors, they in-turn hang out in bars frequently and vendors will take care of the bill. I know my manager doesn't even take christmas/new years gifts from vendors.

paina cheppina case lo favoring someone in return for money is crime per law in any industry....of course if Labor dept. is involved, he will for surely be deported back (non-US citizens). Those who say its common, nothing happens etc etc....unless it happens to you or someone close, you keep on saying its very common and no issues at all

3 yrs back JPMC Columbus lo same story kada...oka telugu Director used to take kickbacks from vendor and through him opt's cpts baaga join ayyaru....later one of the candidate reported to HR, and then Federal crime kindha many ppl were laid off. Naaku thelisina oka candidate kuda ilane papam book ayyadu....all he did was shared some common expenses between his colleagues. Chase pay through movie, restaurants etc bill transfer chesukunaru...which is very very common right?....but in this case, he was investigated but was cleared later on. But he still resigned from JPMC though after going through all this drama

Good crying, this is 2015 and he got was in jail for 1 month then gig other job and working in Bay Area again with 400K salary as Sr VP
