First thing I do when I wake up, Rush to the kitchen and warm up 1 L of water and drink it... (yes even before using bathroom or brushing teeth) 

[even if it makes you wanna throw up in the initial days (u will soon build the tolerance to handle 1L in one shot)]

Over-all well being, easy bowel movements, clear skin, hydrated throughout the day, hungry for breakfast and most importantly no migraines!!! 
 

I am addicted to doing this everyday now.

wakeup at 5AM

5 - 5.30 - Nature Calls

5.30 to 6.00 Yoga

6 - 6.30 Shower

6.30 - 7.00 - Prayer

7.00 - 7.30 - Meditation

7.30 to 8.00 - just relax walking or replying to WhatsApp msgs 

8.00 - Breakfast

login to work on weekdays

follow till here.. will give u next steps after u master these :)
