i think it is a strategic move of kcr-jagan to split all the negative votes of the govt in the next general elections. We have seen the result of voter  negativity in dhubbaka and Hyd GHMC polls.BJP koncham strong ayyindhi but more than that anti incumbency valla TRS vodipoindhi
