I had mine installed last year...but mine is leased, not included in my mortgage...

solar is overrated . By the way I own TAN etf and sun power stocks

per month 45 $ ahh 240 months X 45 =  10800. Good Deal. After 20 years solar tech itself will become cheaper and more efficient .
