I have asthama since childhood, adi pedda ayyaka taggindi...

ippudu WFH valla malli start ayyindi because of closed spaces and carpet allergies

no option but to go out and exercise ...

running ante 0 degree cold... gym is only cheap option

Idhi correct method ra, I didn't wear mask for last 2 months, nothing happend, vaste vachindi na dash... Lo covid, adhi mana manchike, quarntine ai oka 14 days lo taginchukunta, antibodies develop avthai, so next vache chances takkuva, prathdanike bayapadam waste. 

Janalu tension valla sagam sastunaru, wearing masks can cause exhaustion of breathing, less than 20 years, more than 50 bayapadali, rest of all lite

Better start with lower weights or low intensity workouts for at least 2 to 3 months gradually increasing weights/intensity/workout_time by end of the 3rd month. .  

all of sudden 30-40 kgs lepadam, 1 hr workouts chesthe anthe. . .brahmanandam+funny+(1).gif
